Tips for sandbox testing
Phone number
Imprint indexes existing payment method applications based on the customer’s phone number. For example, if you submit a credit card application using (111)-111-1111
and exit right before accepting the credit offer - any subsequent credit card application attempt using that phone number will automatically resume at the credit offer stage. If you would like to complete a brand-new application, you will need to enter a phone number that doesn’t have any active applications. It’s easy to tell when there’s an active application as Imprint will immediately recognize the phone number (e.g., "Looks like you already have an account with Imprint!"
).
One-time password
Imprint does not send SMS or emails in sandbox. Whenever prompted for a one-time password, please enter 888888
. No other values will be accepted!
Simulating application outcomes
In sandbox, you may specify certain customer Last Names (case-sensitive!) to simulate different application outcomes:
